Transport and molding of mineral construction materials is characterized by stickiness problems. Especially in concrete processing the required and annoying cleaning effort noticeably reduces productivity and causes considerable extra cost. Mechanical "hammer-impact cleaning" often ends in surface damage or in equipment deformation.

This even and smooth layer assures sliding and complete mold removal – even on complex geometries or casting molds. Use of (oil-saturated) forming / separating agents is possible without encountering any problems. High-pressure water cleaning removes any occasional residues. Competetive hard coats are more or less blast off or at least start to break when pulse-like stresses caused by undulating motion of the coating occur.
MetaLine Series 700 – MetaLine Series 700 coatings reduce the sticking of concrete, mortar, gypsum or plaster. The uniform, smooth coat ensures a complete slip-out and demoulding - even on complex geometries or molds. The use of (oil-containing) release agent is possible. Especially hard residues are blown off or at least cracked by a wave-like movement in the soft coating under impulse-like loading. High pressure water cleaning removes the rests.
